Explanation
には marks the topic or condition under which something is considered. It often emphasizes a premise or requirement to achieve a goal (in order to) or sets the scope of what you’re talking about (as for/with regard to). It can introduce statements about what is necessary, possible, or true for that topic.
勉強するには時間が必要だ。
べんきょうするにはじかんがひつようだ。
