Explanation
に相違ない expresses a strong confidence that something is true or will certainly occur. It carries a sense of inevitability or high certainty, stronger than just だろう or かもしれない. It is often used in formal or literary contexts and is common in written text or careful speech. Note that the phrase attaches to the plain form of the predicate (for verbs) or to a noun/phrase before に相違ない.
