Explanation
This grammar is used to talk about personal experience. 女性 or 男性? not relevant. It indicates that at some point in the speaker's life, the action happened. It does not specify when or how many times; it just notes that you have experience of doing it. Use for actions you’ve tried or visited, etc. When asking about experience, use 〜したことがありますか/ありますか; for negative questions, 〜したことがありませんか/ないですか.
