Explanation
まくる attaches to the stem of a verb to express doing that action to an extreme degree, repeatedly, or without restraint. It conveys a very strong, energetic, and often unrestrained repetition or prolonged effort. The nuance can be playful or humorous in casual speech, but it can also imply excess or obsessive behavior. It’s common with activities that are easy to repeat or continue, such as eating, drinking, watching, talking, or working. It rarely has a formal tone and is mostly used in informal contexts among friends or in expressive writing.
