V-ない + ではいられない
Explanation
Used when something is so strong or irresistible that you cannot stop yourself from doing it. It expresses a strong impulse, emotion, or urge that compels action. It is often used for natural reactions, strong feelings, or habits you can’t suppress.
彼はその美しい景色を見て、泣かないではいられなかった。
